Got off the phone with Steven. He was very understanding and accommodating as I expressed my hardship with payments at the moment. Customer service is top tier. 2 month payments left with Aaron’s. Thanks to this location for taking care of us.

Update: I like the new rug & so does Cooper. Also the Desktop Computer is perfect. Thank You Very Much! I've been a customer for Aaron's now for about 10 years easily. All I can say is they treat me better than any friend I got & the customer service is "Above & Beyond". Also the two guys who have brought & set up my furniture & tv are awesome. I wish I knew their names because they deserve a big shout out. Thank You! 🇺🇲

What can I say about Aaron's? This is actually my second time in the Jacksonville location. The overall look of the store was clean, The customer service is what stood out for me. In a society where customer service in my opinion isn't what it used to be. It's refreshing to walk into a business that values their customers . My interactions with all of the employees that day was great. The standout was the young lady who helped me. Renee.. she stood out because of her professionalism , Great attitude , Patience and knowledge of her job which reflected in the answers to my questions. We need more Renee's and customer service! So gold star goes to Aaron's on Western boulevard in Jacksonville North Carolina. Go check them out!

I have had an account in the past with this particular store, and I did not have any complaints, however, this time, I honestly feel harassed. My payment is due the 1st of each month, and by day 6 or 7 after the due date, I start getting phone calls. By day 10, I am getting calls 3 to 4 times a day as well as my husband has been called, and they called my place of employment. This is the only company that I am doing business with that I feel like I am truly being harassed. My sister who is the manager of a finance company stated that the calls are truly over-kill. When I finish paying this off, I will never purchase anything else for this store. I am not sure if this is the "norm" for all branches, but it really caused me to not want to deal with this company again. If they look at my payment history from the last time as well as this time, I have never not paid each month, but the number of phone calls when I am only a few days past due is a bit much.
