Bestway Rent To Own

I went to bestway because I was in need of a king size bed frame. As I was there I decided I would get a bedroom suit and a TV and another electric. It was agreed that the electrics would be new for one because of the price I'd be paying for them and for another used electrics sometimes have problems. Well when everything was delivered 3 days late( keep that in mind they were 3 days late ) I noticed the TV wasn't in a box there was no remote for it it was used which went against our agreement. On top of it being used I seen lines on the screen and I told bestway the next day they told me we will get it exchanged ok that was around December 6 the I believe. It's in January now keep that in mind ok so after Christmas I went in and told them I wanted it replaced ASAP. They set a day and never showed up. I ended up having a medical emergency so I must a payment when I went to pay the following week I found out they had charged me 10 dollars a day for being late well I had asked about why the TV wasn't exchanged when they told me they would be there that morning and I was told one of there drivers quit so here is the thing. They charged me 10 dollars a day when I was late and they have been late with me since day one and even broke the agreement when the told me the TV would be new. So I feel they should take 10 dollars a day off my bill for them being late on there promise to exchange this TV. There lucky I gave two Stars but I will say once I pay this off I will never do business with them again and I will tell everyone I meet about my experience with them. I don't like being lied to nor do I like being robed. I have thought about returning everything but I made a promise and unlike them I keep my word but after I pay this off I'm done with them. I'm very unhappy with this place. 10 bucks a day if your late that's sad it's a big company taking advantage of a single parent and that makes me sick

Jane takes a lot of time helping me order what I need, she's very thorough! Derrick (Dee) and Ben are hands down the absolute best at getting your furniture in your home without scratching your walls. They are very careful and respectful of your property! I give them a 10 ✨️!

Renting furniture was surprisingly easy and stress-free, way better than dragging heavy couches up stairs. The whole process, from browsing online to delivery, was smooth and professional. Well, we are leasing a brand new PS5 and 55 inch TV from this location. So far those are fine We are also leasing a refrigerator as ours went out. They didn't have one on site for us to see but assured us that we would have one. They never told us it was the one they were actively using for the employees. Or that it's FILLED with dings and cockroaches. The bolt that holds the top of the refrigerator door was straight up not there so we couldn't even use it until we fixed that. Also it's missing multiple shelves and drawers that obviously came with it as the notches for them are there. This fridge has been HEAVILY used and now unfortunately in my house filled with bugs for almost a week. I didn't notice until today and it was too late to call. I need to check and make sure I'm getting a used appliance price and not a brand new item price . Honestly I actually saw this fridge on sale at a local scratch and dent store in perfect condition and they weren't even asking $1000 for it. Pretty upset by the cockroach situation.
