I tried to get a washer dryer set from them. I was told to wait until an account manager was available. I called several times a week for a month and the staff always said whoever she is wasn't available. I finally call the corporate office and that doesn't help after a month they say it's on back order. I finally just gave up and went to appliance warehouse! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. So annoying to be lied to for a month
They showed up at my house looking for someone who did not live here. I told them to not come back. They returned a few weeks later and trespassed on my property looking for the same person. I had to call the Sheriff's department and complain about these pieces of trash.
Was gonna give 5 stars but then I was shown their true colors. I paid a desktop off 2 weeks ago then time for note payment came up and I couldn't pay it due to having a Death in my family someone really close to me so told em I would pay it the following week, they then doubled the Note payment and started saying we'll have to discuss a time to pickup the desktop even though it's paid off & I even have the paperwork signed saying it is. The day I told em I would pay the note I had a message from them that morning you can guess what it was about, I must hear from you today or we will have to discuss other options. Nice to know if you're going through something unavoidable they don't care to try to understand. I will not be using them again guess it's time to start getting quotes from Aaron's.
If give 0 if I could. Got a dryer from them and stuff just didn’t go well, the dryer wasn’t working properly and the manager was not communicating well at all. She then spoke to My Husband and told me that My Husband said something completely different than he did. She has a very bad attitude and is very disrespectful, then proceeded to speak bad on my name to other customers of hers who happen to be my friend who relayed the information to me. Will 100% be going to corporate to complain about that
They have been so awesome. They have worked with me on everything and been understanding when I was struggling. Jeff is the man and will get you all set. Everyone is polite and helpful. They have not been bugging my phone like you might hear. I have have been a customer for about 10 years and an employee at one point. You've done great and I appreciate all the help.
