I got to give these guys an atta-boy! Customer service is top notch. The management and team go above and beyond to provide quality products and customer care. Thank you for all you do!

Apparently Rent A Center is ok with their employees communicating threats. I called the store to speak with manager and was threatened. Called customer service and the agent agreed with the manager at the store. Asked to speak with his supervisor and then he said he’d have to put in a ticket. Would not transfer me to a supervisor. I can’t believe a business is ran like this. So unprofessional, and rude. They can talk any way they want and also no resolution was reached. I’m definitely taking my business else where. If you know better do not rent from this company or the Fuquay Varina location in North Carolina and I’ll be in touch with a lawyer as well!

The employees are very nice and helpful. My favorite is Alan he's greetings you with a smile. Very helpful and polite. And also professional. Rent a center also have a good payment plan to fit your budget..

Alan, the store manager at this location store was awesome to work with. I bought a living room set and child's bed for a great price and his staff set up everything quickly and were friendly upon delivery. I will be coming back in the future to more purchases.

This store has done everything in their power to help me! They have great customer service and very understanding. Personally, have been working with Alan my whole experience with Rent-a-Center and he is a great manager and symbol for the store itself, highly recommend.
