First off, I would say since I ordered the first time with Aaron's in Fuquay-Varina, I have not and will not order from any where else. They give me the best customer service and even if they have 2 order something I want thats not in their store, they get right on it with no complaints. From Ms. Iris to Ms. Robin in the store down to Jarvis and Jay delivering. Hands down best customer service!!! Wonderful attitudes and down to earth people. Thank you so much Aaron's of Fuquay-Varina.

Aaron’s will treat you better than family! I am still blown away by how kind and generous the staff is at Aaron’s (especially Robin and Josh). I have been treated with such kindness and care. With every transaction I have ever made, staff at Aaron’s are one step ahead, thinking about how to make it better for me. I rarely see this type of outstanding customer service these days. I am always impressed and amazed by their dedication and service…. They are top-notch!!

I purchased an Ashley Full size bed w/seven drawers, mattress w/ protective cover & a night stand to match! Mrs. Evevette, Iris was a great sales representative! She made me feel like I could rent the whole store! She talked me through the process of different ways to purchase the merchandise if I chose to instead of just renting. Mrs. Everette kept me informed when the merchandise would arrive. Delivery was great! I had the honor of Mr. Josh Jones who’s the GM & Mr. Saul Snell deliver and set up the furniture for me. Thank you guys for being patient with me although they were working in some harsh conditions. It was around 85 degrees in the apartment! Mr. Josh & Saul were troopers!

I have been through other rental companies like Aaron’s although they don’t compare to Aaron’s, I can’t speak for the other stores although this one is by far the best, Josh is tremendous and will do anything he can to help his customers as long as you do him right. I highly recommend this store and recommend giving Josh an and his team a call today If your in need of that item you need to make payments for to own. Not to mention the merchandise is in spectacular condition and worth your time.

I have been coming to this Aarons for over 4 years! I absolute love this place. Everyone here is amazing! The whole sales and account team are actually there to help out in anyway possible. I want to give a special shout out to Andre for helping me and my family through the process of everything! Josh, the General Manager will forever be apart of my family. I will continue to be using this store forever and a day! Thanks guys! 👍🏽
