I hope this message gets to upper management, PAGO! The man scream out his lungs. PAGO the man kept yelling at my mom, we haven’t had to many issues with aarons but in the evening of monday 10/20 a man call my mother, she had the phone on speaker phone all i could hear was a man yelling PAGO! My mother ask to speak to someone in Spanish so she could explain what was going on with her payment. PAGO the man kept yelling, she try to talk to him in English, he then tould her “ your speaking to me in english why do you need to talk to someone in Spanish? See my mom English is not very good and neither is mine but we are writing this review and hope it reaches out to upper management a CEO OR DM of aarons because the way she got treated over the phone with such violence in his voice, and anger all he could yell was PAGO, nobody has ever disrespected my mother like the way he was talking to my mom, i would hope that this is why the latino community is afraid to even stepped foot in that building, & the worst thing is that we where just at the post office next door where we saw a Spanish Latino women that works there and he lied to my mom telling her that nobody was there to help her with the interpreter. I would hope people like this would soon be terminated from this company, who dont know how to speak to older women who have kids, i almost wanted to cry for my mother as the man caught a really nasty mouthful, aarons please choose better candidates because the man robert definitely wont help the store grow, and someone like that deserves termination grounds

Eva and Charles help me when I went in to Rent To Own a washer and dryer. The store was clean. The atmosphere was clean. They were knowledgeable about everything. My PCA AhDenah Mctier was the one who referred me to Aaron. I just thank God for relationship. Aaron is a good company and if you do exactly what you’re told to do and make those payments, you will be free and clear of the Interest part of it and even if you have to go through the that is fine when you have to pay the extra money that you have to pay if you don’t pay it off in a lot amount of time.

I must say this particular location.. for starters, staff is AMAZING! They’re ALL extremely professional, and most importantly UNDERSTANDING! They work with you and don’t harass you or lack empathy like other businesses where you rent to own! Professionalism and working with your clients are always the key to success! I wish them all the best!! XOXO
