Had a great first experience here at this location with my initial encounter with ESRIN she greeted and assisted immediately, I probably wouldn’t have purchased there If it wasn’t for her above and beyond services. And prior to delivery I called in to confirm delivery time and LOUIS went out his way to give me an ETA to assure it fit my schedule. Something so simple but most appreciated from both employees I got a great customer service experience! I recommend this location based on those two encounters alone! Thanks again!
I have done business with this Aaron’s location for several years. I have fully paid off several items and currently have more items from them, but they call me multiple times every day even before my payment is due. It is definitely become a hindrance to my day. They call on the day my payment is due before I even get a chance to pay. They start calling at 8 am even though they don’t open until 10. And even after I make my payment they call me twice a day every day except Sunday to “discuss” my account. I have asked them multiple times why they keep calling and they keep telling me their system isn’t updating to show I made the payment. So they continue to harass me. Today I received a call from Kaylee who felt it was appropriate to over talk me and tell me she will keep calling me as long as I am on her call log and this is even after she confirmed she saw my payment was made 4 days ago. So why not fix the bugs in your system or double check the call is needed before harassing customers that have already paid? And it also may be helpful to hire people that understand the importance of good customer service.
Please DO NOT purchase anything from this store. TWICE my mother was sold defective washer. The second time, she was told the lid lock button would not go away, due to a main drain issue. Once her main drain was unclogged, it did not resolve the lid lock issue that was present on installation day. When she called Aaron’s with the request of a replacement they told her she will need to find someone who works on washers since she JUST paid it off. This is not only unprofessional, but unethical. There needs to be some sort of accountability on Aaron’s, considering the broken part was documented on installation day, long before the payments were concluded.
Great customer service, fast process to get you in and out and get furniture. Got stuff for my mother in law but if i ever need something I'll definitely try it out!
