My family and i were driving from Ohio to florida and hit something in the road and needed a patch. We just happened upon RNR. Not only did they get us in and out in about a half hour, but they didn’t even charge us for the patch. They really went above and beyond, all around! Highly recommend.

The very first time I was there the manager was going back and forth with a customer which the customer ended up calling the cops. The manager did not care that other customers were there, he kept going back and forth with the guy causing the guy to get very upset, even losing his temper. I thought about leaving because of this situation, but I didn't want to judge the company based on the experience of another customer, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Boy was I wrong. I was told by two employees that my warrant was good even if i did paid it off. (Which was not TRUE). I purchased four tires brand new and rims about 7 months ago which ive only put a few miles on the tires. I was told the tire could not be repaired and that i needed to purchased a brand new tire. I paid them $1800.00 in cash, so i contact their corporate office. Their corporate office is the worst.. I'm not the one who writes reviews but I'm trying to save someone else. ( I wished I had listened to my instinct. )The guy from their corporate office called me and had no interest in resolving the situation as a matter of fact he kept trying to rush me off the phone. He was not interested at all and could care less. He even called me from a private number. ( Who does this???) This call was not from the corporate office.... IT WAS FROM THE OWNER......Totally Unprofessional. He was a TOTAL JERK. The bottom line, he was mad because they didn't get paid for the ridiculous interest because I paid it in full.
The whole staff has great communication and customer service skills. Everyone was friendly.
