The delivery guys are awesome and very friendly, the store manager, Quentin however is extremely rude and aggressive. Bad for business. This must be his first manager job where he has a little taste of power or something. Not sure what his issue is but I hung up on him after telling him he will not be talking to me like that.
Corey was my sales person from this store at 911 central Ave.Albany, New York. I told Corey what I want it in my home so get me everything that I requested at the color the price the size everything was hit right on the head with a hammer lol I highly recommend this Store and Corey for completing all your design needs for your new home or your old home Keep up the good work buddy
When they are selling items, they are very pleasant, however I decided to return an item. I spoke with the district manager about it and we were fine. I’m not sure who the guy who calls you about your payments name is but he legit is the rudest person I have ever encountered. He called I told him what was going on and he hung up because I told him, I was going to return the item.
After losing EVERYTHING we owned in a local storage facility, I was under pressure to grab in-stock items quickly for my family. Cash purchased about $2000 of furniture and rented about $4000 while waiting on Insurance to pay. I didn’t read any reviews but this was the only location after six calls that could help in a pinch. What a nightmare dealing with Becca (manager) is. It’s possible that she has mental health issues; she lied several times, twisted my words, and became very defensive after the Staff took my own tools by accident. Simple mistake that was never rectified. They called me only when I was literally unavailable. And once I returned their call, they would put me on hold until they came back to the phone to say they’re closing. If anyone had trained the managers to deal respectfully and honestly with customers that SUCCESSFULLY pay off ALL past rentals/purchases, I wouldn’t have told them to come and pick everything up! I don’t need the drama or foolishness and certainly not from a business where I’m spending my hard earned money. Not worth it. Becca needs to be removed from that position. There’s no excuse.
