Great overall experience! Absolutely LOVE everyone at the Warsaw NY office. Upbeat, genuinely happy and very helpful people working there. Only had one mishap with card payment which was corrected after a short period of time after a deep investigation they did for me.
I work for an elderly lady and she rents from here, been with rent a center for many years…. She originally signed her contract and they never told her that there was going to be benefit plus inside there. They just gave her a price and told her that she had to pay it when I explain to her about it she did not want to have the benefit plus so she called and I called and told Rent-A-Center that she did not want to pay for that so they took it out and told us that she was never paying for the benefit plus when we checked her statements, it was showing that she was being charged an extra charge on top of her original payment, she tried to get her money back and they kept coming up with excuses and not being able to help her. She’s been lied to by not only the manager, but the district manager been told different things I mean come on just give the lady her money back….. I would not recommend this place to anyone they just like to steal your money. If you don’t have money for something, save your money and then purchase it, don’t waste it here..
This is hands down the best purchase experience I have had in a while! We ordered a couch n the staff went above n beyond to making sure we were happy Melissa n Brad are amazing n truly care about customer satisfaction! They even sent us a congratulations card because we had mentioned that we are expecting our 1st baby in September 🥰 Great job to this store n staff we will be coming back very soon! I love my warsaw rac. They are honest people and will do whatever they can to help you in a crunch if you are having money problems. I found that if you call them and explain your situation they go above and beyond. The two girls that work the front are kind and are funny. They make a great team. You can tell they have fun but are also very professional. I will keep using them as long as Mel and Erika are still there.
Ordered a bed online. Paid for the first week by phone on the 3rd. Got the bed on the 5th a Weds. My account said Satuday I owed a payment. Which confused me because I had the bed 3 days not a week. So I made the payment anyway as to not be late. So this far 2 payments and I've had the bed 1 week 3 days. Today they call about a payment when I explain the above he rudely tells me they are short staffed its just him and Kendra so they processed it before it was delivered since they are short. Normally it's delivered quicker. Ok. But why am I paying a week and half ahead when I haven't had it two weeks yet I inquire. By the end of the conversation I just say, I will pay the payment but never buy there again. CLICK hung up on me!!!!!! Great customer service! No wonder no one stays there to work if this is how you treat customers how do you treat your coworkers? I've often bought things cash and carry but through a different store which note I'm thinking I should switch to. I will decide that after I speak to cooperate on Monday!
