The manager is cool but the communication is not good at all I was only delivered my bed frame not my mattress or box sprain no cares the employee told me I'll call you once we have a delivery date no one called me I had to call them just to be told November 17th I'm definitely not coming back here I'm not from here so when it comes to professionalism that's what I expected especially if you are a company I was going to advice everyone to go there but no anymore I'm just gone pay this off and never look back I don't play about my time and people who can careless. Don't recommend all!! I told my husband never coming back and he is from harlem very DIGUSTED

This is my first time leaving a review for anything first we give a shout out to Miss Barbara Lee hoping I'm pronouncing her name right. she was very attentive an extremely helpful. The manager true professional and they made me feel very welcome. Especially for a new transplant to a neighborhood of adjusting to the Bronx Yes I'm a little bougie I moved up here from the upper east side of Manhattan.

Hi🙋. August 6th 2025 Delivery guys were so prompt and helpful they explained everything about the products. They put everything together. I got my TV stand and my 75 inch television 📺 today . No complaints ✅

Aaron’s company is just horrible and dealing with a store and people from the Bronx ! When I signed up for Aaron’s it was the one in queens but they shut down after renting everything was smooth until one day I went To clean my couch out and the metal pieces in the couch was coming up and out the couch caulking rips in the couch and also the metal pieces to poke out (all totally invisible because it’s under the cushions) I called the store they told me to send pictures in to get service done no email no call no nothing 2 weeks later my 10 year old daughter goes and sits on the couch and I heard a rip so I went to look and the fabric on the inside (under the cushions) ripped now I’m calling the store to come pick up the couch and I’m being told it can’t be returned because it’s now damaged and can’t be released and all this BS , online don’t even state you can’t return something because of a rip on the inside it says normal wear and tear idk if that falls under but I had the couch for only a year the couch shouldn’t be ripping in different places when people barely sits in it and when they do it’s ripping and wanting to come and see the couch fabric up like it won’t just rip again and wanting me to pay all this money on a couch is ridiculous! Why can’t they be more like rent a center . Rent a center will replace return take back what ever item because ITS THEIR ITEM it’s a rent to own I don’t own the product so why can’t I return it back to the store due to a minor rip that can be sewed up a released to someone else you don’t care about spending hundreds of their working money for a cheap couch

I highly recommend Aron's for anything and everything you may need for your home or on the go! Great customer service outstanding delivery next day you can see me in video how happy I was being approved fast and great weekly/monthly payment in my case thank you Aron's and Dominic for making us feel like family and big shout out to their delivery drivers for being so helpful and making sure everything was setup and for being even more Awesome to return right back to adjust volume for me I'm deaf in one ear he was more than happy to help.
