Nice variety of stores from a supermarket, fast food, discount and a gym. Parking can be tough at peak hours.
Great location to shop but it's looking like a dump. Garbage and trash from eating food everywhere. The groups aren't being power washed, teenagers making all types of noise, and loud music. Not to many people come like they use to. They seriously need to get it together there because it's starting to lookine a dump, and nobody is going to wanna shop with a bunch of noise and kids running around all over the place there SMH
Store manager Adam goes Above and beyond to ensure that I understand, and I am satisfied with the product. Kudos to Rent A Center in Shoprite mall… The delivery guy, however, are horrible. They damaged my wall delivering a used sofa and refuse to install and deliver the washer and dryer. But Adam, the store manager did not make it right. I am still waiting for the new sofas and for some sort of repayment for the damaged walls.I have contacted the NYS Attorney General and the better business bureau!!! Jessica lied to me and they sold me couches that someone else used I want new couches and demand monetary rectification for the damage done to my walls!!!!!!
Went to RAC in the ShopRite Plaza SI and was helped by Joshua he was so informative and so knowledgeable and honest about the different prices and payment options definitely looking forward to doing business with this company because of Joshua and his dedication to his job and the company
It’s sadly obvious that the security guard drives up to people of color and asks them what store they’re going in. I hate to say it, he never asks white people. He comes right up to me as soon as I park and barrages me with questions. I’ve never done anything wrong to him or the plaza.

Very unprofessional and don’t take accountability for a mistake on their part. I wouldn’t have had a issue paying the “deposit” had someone told me that when I called the store to confirm the order but oh well I’ll try another store
This store is one of the best that I have come Across. John, Jessica, Alex and Adam all do a phenomenal job in making customers welcomed and valued. The place is also Clean, comfortable and vibrant.
Went to DII store which had provided excellent customer service. Nice Visual Merchandising for the holidays.
