I’m not sure how or why nick is the store manager, zero customer service and very rude. Don’t bother working with him, go to the Mechanicville location and save yourself the headache.
I been going thru rent a center in Saratoga springs NY for over 4yrs now. I've always had them work with me when I was behind. The staff, Nick to Brittany have always been good to me and I highly recommend them. They are great and i will continue to do business with them They're awesome 💙💙
They usually were good with me and I was good to them as well. Returned something because I was tired of paying weekly and wanted too save more money. Got treated rudely by nick. Lack of communication between workers. As I was told by Brittany I would be given a cash refund for the payment I just made on the item yesterday and returned today because i didn't use that item for the week I paid for. Got told no by nick and said " we don't do that" so seems they should do some more reading on how their job works and not try to be " Mr know it all".besides that they've been good too me but you don't treat a customer that way who's been there for a year paying you. Nick should work on being nicer to customers 😃
I LOVE this store! Jason and Veronica are very nice! Most staff is nice only had one issue with one person but that was taken care of! We actually have more stuff coming from them today! I can’t wait!
Veronica is great but the entire store seems like they have no idea what is going on. I was forgot about and I had to call them back, after that nothing listed on their site was available so I had to pick out everything at the store. I found some things I really liked and scheduled delivery. I scheduled for one and they didn't show up unto 4:30 with the WRONG STUFF, whatever that's fine I'll just wait but then I got constant "I only have one driver" "my driver is sick" "two drivers didn't show up today" I'm sorry but it's not my problem I'm spending $1,000's of dollars and they cannot get a simple delivery right. I paid about three weeks of rent for furniture I never got and only got a 1 week refund (thanks?). Then only to realize nothing got cancelled and they then called all of my references looking for me like a fugitive after ONE DAY of unpaid furniture that I never received. Good customer service hides the awfully disfunctional communication.
