If I could give no stares I would. I got a brand new living room set an it came to my house brocken was told they would have someone come fix it that they would call. Guess what no call.. called the store today to see what is going on an mike was very rude to me on the phone an keep saying we will come get it...we'll I called the 1800 number an that got me nowhere..wow the whole company is just like the employees..we'll I will never go to them for anything very again...Aaron's here I come

The manager at this store is hands down one of the most respectful down to earth people I have met. Very helpful and all the employees here have great customer service.

Went in looking for new theater system found one that I liked and was easy process with very friendly staff. They are honest and they don't pull any punches. If you're approved with your references. You get what you want. I've seen a lot of rent to own places with terrible Staffing but this place does not have terrible Staffing they're friendly and if you're honest with them and they check your references and that's all true. They are more than happy to help you and go out of their way if they have to to get you the product you want. They also explain to me that they have a online source to get even more inventory than they hold in the stores you just have to ask. I would recommend them to all of my friends who can't pay right away but can make reasonable payments.

Danny is very unprofessional, told me he doesn’t feel comfortable renting to me because of one of my references, and said to take my business to another store. I’ve always paid my bill on time or in full! It’s only because he doesn’t like me..

I have been dealing with rent a center for years, just recently I spoke with someone who was very rude and he like threatened me! I'm appalled! I used to pay weekly but right now paying biweekly has been working for me the last few months. When I told him I would be making biweekly payments instead of weekly he said well ill have to speak to the manager because you can't have late payments. How are they late when I make a payment every 2 weeks? They have that as an option. You can pay monthly if you wish! I keep getting calls twice a day saying I'm late! Called to speak to the manager Karen, who Is an absolutely amazing and nice person, and I always get the same rude guy who tells me that she is not there! As soon as I'm payed off, they have lost my business!
