Asked for the furniture to be retrieved due to it not being used had to call 4 times and talk to 5 people to get it picked up and now they took a payment for furniture that's already been returned bc someone never closed the account or took my card off auto pay
Y'all need to teach your driver's how to drive!!!!!! One of your drivers literally nearly hit my gf while she was on her ebike because they don't know how to drive in terrible weather!!!! Not acceptable
I'm a long time customer. Prices are great, always have what I'm looking for and if they don't they find it. Mike is amazing!
Received a stove less than a month ago that is malufuctiong and store refuses to replace
Was two days late on a payment, owed $39. So the store manager came to my house at 8am, two hours before the store even opened, and was pounding on my door with his ear up to it for over twenty minutes. I didn’t feel safe to open the door, he was very creepy about all of it, and my boyfriend -who is the one actually renting from them- was at work. Even after I tried to explain that he still creepily tried to get me to open the door, and continued pounding on it. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional and just weird honestly. I will be reporting it.
