DO NOT GO TO THE ONEIDA STORE THEY WILL TREAT YOU WITH DISRESPECT AND CALL YOU TRASHY AND WONT CALL BACK WHEN U NEED A ITEM AND DESTORY YOUR LAWN WITH THERE BOX TRUCK AND NOT REPAIR IT OR MAKE IT RIGHT, IM IN TALKS WITH A LAWYER AND TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE DISTRICT MANAGER
The store was clean and mark was a huge help with alot if knowledge of the merchandise.i have filled 4 houses with rent a center I've been with them when they were color time back un the day.its great when you need something fast and don't have all the cash but pay it off early and your not paying that guge balance.but I b want to say thanks to Mark un the Oneida store for all the help
Terrible place that trys to screw you over, yells at family members and will non stop call u the day ur payments are due . Manger and employees are sneaky and do things shady
Horrible business and I got approved online for what I needed and the store calls me to set everything up and than I receive a call that I am being denied because my address was associated with someone they had bad history with. That is complete bullshit and I will be pursuing this!!!!!
Mark, and the products are great , BUT!!!!!!, I PAID OFF MY ACCOUNT IN FULL ! I SAID I DID NOT WANT NO EXTENDED WARRANTEES ! OR NOR DID I WANT ANY PROTECTION PLANS ON NOTHING. well!! The month after i pay off everything i started getting charged $3.00 a week ! i did not know this for this for about 4 months . i called the service center and noone could do anything , was reffered to Mark the store manager. i called him to cancel and get my money back . I got it shut off so they cant take the money out but was told they can not refund my money ! but yet they could take it out of my account with out approval ? I was told by Mark that he will give me credit on my next contracted purchase , not even a store credit . I HAVE TO RENT AGAIN TO GET ANY OF MY MONEY BACK ! i will prolly never come back ! ill go to Aarons or something if needed.P.S the customer service number they gave on their reply is a joke ! im not sitting on hold to talk to a third world call center , you got to do better than that called on 7/10/23 at 423 pm and was on hold till 506 pm and im tired of waiting NO#2 strike on there customer support , please people think about purchasing anything from them. I review these places to protect people from getting screwed.
