I’ve been waiting over a week for a replacement Xbox that still isn’t here , they told me to take it to GameStop to get it fix but expect me to keep making payments for a Xbox they are responsible to fix or replace it the same day why am I still waiting and it only a hdmi port that’s broken

They don't stick to the agreement they make you pay way beyond what your suppose to its false advertisement of the 90 day same.as cash

My wife received a phone call from charleston on a non work cell phone proceeded to harass her and tell me i have a speach impediment and i'm retarded. when i called the store they laughed at me, these people are rude and dont care about anything other then putting people down!

I will never buy from here because the staff member I spoke to about canceling an order was very rude and dismissed my questions about the canceling of my order mind you I received an email from the company saying my auto pay was set up for over 1600$ worth of merchandise that I didn't even have a delivery date for nor did the company reach out to set one up! Very unprofessional and rude people I think the guys name was Rob I will keep my business at Aarons and call corporate tomorrow to make sure my order was actually still canceled seeing how the money is still actually taken out of my account!!

Do not go here. They brought up past issues regarding me when my husband went to get a TV from them today they confirmed the sale by stating: "we'll have that delivered between 3pm - 6pm not a problem" about 5:15pm no show no call I tried calling about 3 times no pick up. 4th call I get the sales man who confirmed the sale hours prior tells me they won't do it because I'm a conflict of interest. My past issue had nothing to do with my husband. Then he tells me to go to Aaron's if I don't like their way of business. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
