If it wasn't for the quality I'd rate it less then that. The amount of phone calls when your due is ridiculous and let's not even talk about the fact that they start on the day the contract comes due basically right as the store opens, and then to top that off I'd you have a card on file doesn't matter if you have authorized auto pay or not it's getting ran irregardless.

We come back to the Norwich location every time we need something Tonya and other staff are incredibly helpful and pleasant! We’ve gotten our washer and dryer, beds and couches! We are due for a new refrigerator and we will definitely be going to see Tonya and her crew! Incredible people!

We don't purchase anywhere else,we've been a customers now since 2010 and seriously this is where we purchase from. The customer service are the best,the convenience is awesome and if they don't have what you're looking for they will try their hardest to find it. The Norwich,NY store are the best. I really can't say enough about them,they truly are the best.
