Do not spend your hard earned money here. This place feels money-hungry and is a complete rip off. The customer service is terrible ; they constantly hound and harass you, and to make matters worse, they double-charge before your actual payment day. The entire experience has been stressful and unprofessional. I truly hope this location is shut down, because no one deserves to be treated this way.

The manager, Brittany is really nice and she works with me in my situation. I really appreciate it. But the one man that comes to my house is very rude and makes me very uncomfortable. I do not want to feel like I am being discriminated because I am a woman and the color of my skin. But that is how he makes me feel. You dont have to talk down to people at all. I have been trying to keep my cool but hopefully someone else can come out instead of him because it makes me uncomfortable. Other than that service has been great.

Horrible customer service they brought a bedroom set to my 80 year old mother’s house scratched it up horrible left it there so she’s 80 and can’t put it together. Horrible customer service when I called the store. They got smart with me about me calling about her not putting together her bedroom set. My mother is 80 years old. If I was you guys I would not deal with these people. These people are unprofessional and very arrogant.

I've not heard a denial nor an approval from anyone at my local store. They told me that they'd reach out, but was rather rude when they did. I haven't heard from them since.

I've gotten a few things from them and been satisfied every time. Last year I got a fireplace that came to me with a door falling off. I did same as cash so it was paid off in the 90 day time frame. A different manager was there at the time of my purchase and promised he would replace it but we had to wait until the fireplace came back in stock this season. The new manager, a young lady, made sure I still got a new fireplace to replace the broken one that was sent to me. And it's much nicer then the one I paid for. Thank you so much. And y'all know your going to keep getting my money. Just ordered a new living room set to go with the new fireplace. Thank you so much
