A woman from a this location just walked into my house unannounced, to try and give me a paper addressed to someone that doesn’t live here. When I called and told the whoever answers the phone at this location that someone just let themselves into our home, they were incredibly dismissive and said they “highly doubt that happened” as if I just made it up for funsies. I live in a single family home with NO porch…. there are no excuses for this. this is a crime.
Beyond pleased with the product and services provided to me by rent-a-center. Luis was very helpful in finding me what I was looking for and he was thorough with the entire process from start to finish. Big shout out to the delivery guys for the time they spent assembling everything as well. It's nice to feel at home again. Thank you guys. You rock!

I have been renting from Ryan and his team since early 2019….no matter what I needed if he didn’t have it he went and got it! I even relocated an hour+ away from the Mattydale locations and I still call them for everything I need…and they have always delivered it on time even an hour away! MUCH LOVE GUYS….Always a pleasure doing business with you!!
Just thought I’d come leave a good review. I’ve been renting from rent a center for 10 years or so, and have always somehow ended up at whatever store Ryan was at. Let me say, first and foremost that these negative reviews are likely cranky people who don’t pay their bills. I have NEVER had a bad experience at one of Ryan’s stores. This guy is polite, attentive and an all around awesome guy. He expects the same from his employees. I keep using rent a center because of the service we ALWAYS get from them. They always make sure you’re getting the best deals and the best products. Seriously, if you need cute furniture then 100% go to this location! I will recommend them a billion times over! To Ryan and your crew, we love you guys!!
