Got a dirty used item that was missing pieces. Refused to acknowledge the nastiness. Told me there was 6 weeks before I could get new.
I went to the location on RT 57 in Liverpool. As soon as I started to say what I was there for, the guy behind the computer gave me an attitude, he reminded me of a bratty teenager who just got their first job. I continued to state what I needed, and he acted like he had a problem with everything I said. Zero customer service skills. He told me I could not rent something with his store because I already had a rental agreement with another location, so I said fine and walked out the door. They looked at me like they were surprised I was leaving the store. 4 employees just sitting around and got mad they had to actually talk to a customer. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
Had Awful Experience Since Day One To Now Place is a scam if you not paying same as cash in 4-6 months. Went over my same as cash date went back up $1,700 to finish payments. Plus Over $700 already paid over 6 months. That’s $2,400 for a tv that’s $550 in stores right now due to newer version out and that’s still only $649 And When I Did My Application I Wanted A New Tv In The Box If Im Paying. They Showed Up With Open Box Tv That’s Been On Display For Who Knows How Long. My same cash price keeps going up instead of down which makes no sense (scam). They make you get these add on benefits & LDW that’s not mandatory I spoke with corporate and the store lied to me and would not remove it. ( Scam) They pocket that extra 5$ your paying for no reason on top of 2400. They Never Send Me Receipts When Paying Over The Phone After I Have Asked. (Scam) I always ended paying couple dollars more over the phone than on my online account for whatever reason. (Scam) You can buy a 8k tv for that price. I WILL BE RETURNING IN THE TV. Already Purchased A New One For Less Than Your Cash Price Of 780$ For $600. $1,500 Is Nuts For Same As Cash YOU GUYS LOST YA MINDS I SEE WHY PPL TAKE OFF WITH YOUR ITEMS NOT EVEN THE POOR YOU GUYS TRY TO RIP OFF CAN AFFORD IT. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE BETTER OFF WITH A LOAN OR CREDIT CARD OR BETTER OFF CASH. I WILL NEVER BE BACK EVER TAKE 📝 THIS A REAL REVIEW POST
Love Rent a Center! We started by buying a recliner and have since gotten a bedroom set, living room set, bunk beds, xbox and phones! The sales guy Chad is excellent. Always polite and great customer service. As long as you pay off your item in 6 months you dont pay any extra! I highly recommend going there.
