The girl Jen. That works at 1234 Lackawanna ave rent a center took my $43 payment and put it on another customers account she is a huge liar she lies every time I call they all do at this main site the delivery guys are lazy and they broke a couple of my items they are from the location on broadway and I would not recommend them not even to a dog.
after being told numerous times that someone would call me back i never received a call back about my account. then when i told the manager what i was told by jen (the employee) (mind you i recorded all calls) he tell me im lying and cancelled my contract. i wish you could up load audio. this is the worse location they will try to con you out of extra money.
They Are Outstanding , Wonderful Customer Service. The Movers Go Above & Beyond To Deliver My Merchandise & Make Sure I’m Satisfied. They’re Also Very Understanding & Will Work Wih You If Your Late On A Payment. I’ve Built Most Of My Home With Their Merchandise, I Can Honestly Say I’ll Never Rent From Anyone Else ! Had a bad experience at a store but was very pleased at how the regional manager took care of everything for me. Products are great and top of the line
