Rent-A-Center

Store was closed at 5:40pm. This isn't the first time I get here at this time and they're closed. Guess they don't realize people work till 5-5:30pm ish.

The boyfriend and I tv broke so we decided to go through rent a center to get a new TV, I do not recommend getting a tv from there, it was supposed to be a brand new TV and it was not at all, the screen was super wonky, and when I would turn on the TV the red light on the bottom when you turn on the TV would blink like 6-7 times, we sent pictures of what the screen was doing and rent a center was doing nothing for us, I had to call corporate and send pix inorder to get a new TV, so we got a new TV and it is doing it again but worse, our TV we had before rent a center did all of this before it shit the bed. I do not recommend getting a tv from there at all!

Excellent care and service through the entire process. Presenting the product to a quick turnaround delivery. Fantastic staff, both kind and sincere. A shout out to Nick and his assistant on a very challenging emotional day for the store. I was treated with respect and courtesy for a short term recliner chair rental WITHOUT any pressure or typical high pressure sales tactics. Well exceeded my expectations. Thank you all for a professional experience.

This store is absolutely ridiculous. We just bought a couch from them that was supposed to be delivered Thursday, August 19th between 12pm and 3pm. We called 4 times to ask when our couch would be delivered and got told 3 or 4 different stories. However, at the end of each story they were apparently on their way to my house. I live 15 minutes from the store. My partner and I both had to call off of work to wait for this couch, and here I am 12 hours later with no couch. 0/10 do not recommend this store.

So it’s been a long time coming for this review. I have been trying to be patient with Dave as he usually will be ok to work with. But several months ago I bought a BROKEN couch from Dave at first he failed to tell me it was broken followed by a mysterious table that I don’t own added to my account. When called and asked about the table Dave apologized for it and credited the account. I asked him how come he hasn’t sent anyone out to fix my couch like he said he would when he told me after delivery of the couch that it’s broken. Then he again at that time told me he would send his guy out to fix my couch well here we are now 3 months later since then and still no call no attempt to fix my couch or nothing. I HIGHLY ADVISE CAUTION when dealing with this store, Dave will be friendly and attempt to befriend you but only in an attempt to use the trust built from that to take advantage of his customers to sell broken stuff with empty promises of it being fixed . Again USE EXTREME CAUTION
