Beware of Dave at rent a center what a joke pay for warranty on tires for truck wreak the truck but won't honor the warranty so what do you pay for a warranty for because when you tell them that since they're not going to order it you don't feel right that you need to keep paying instead they start with threats by legal action I like to see how that one goes in court so I'll see when you make payments non-stop to something that you thought you're also in contract showing that you pay for the warranty for that item as well he's a joke that store is a joke people beware all they're in is for the money
I feel like anything I have brought to the employees of rent a center attention about my broken items with having a protection plan and still nothing is being fixed or replaced. The customer service isn’t the greatest. It seems to be they want the money but don’t care about the low product that they are selling and refusing to fix.
So my wife & I bought a washer & dryer during the pandemic and find that RAC in Granville was the only store had what we wanted. We purchased they came and dropped the appliances for us, sense then we have bought a couch and dinner room table. Before going to the box stores please check out this store the manager name is Dave he really cares about his customers!! 10 stars for the whole group!!
Friendly service and make u feel welcome .even though they try to real u into another deal it's part of their job but great staff I must say
I usually dont take the time to write reviews but I am fed up so here goes.Tired of getting stuff that is supposed to be brand new out of the box sort of speak only to find damage and when its brought to there attention they have some response as to why they can't get it fixed or replaced I would not recommend getting anything new from them with the expectation of store bought quality
