The delivery drivers are very rude and the workers inside are also very rude too. I wouldn’t recommend going through them and they said one price which was less than $40 and the day before it was getting delivered it is $125 which is crazy. Go through rent a center.

My experience with this store has been awful. First I get a washer and dryer set that kept breaking every other week. Now I order a new bedframe and they sent the wrong frame. They can’t locate my frame so I had to cancel the order. I am beyond done with this location. They have horrible customer.

I purchased a bunk bed for my sons and they put the bunk bed together and left a slab of wood off the bed. Had no idea where the missing piece was until the next day when I found it hid in my closet. I spoke to the general manager while said his guys would never do that. They blamed my kids saying that my kids were running around fighting while they were here which was a lie. My kids were sitting on the couch when the bed was being put together. They took no responsibility and blamed a 8 and 9 year old for them breaking the bed. I was willing to have them just replace the broken pieces and continue my business with them but because they blamed my kids for their faults I told them to come pick up the merchandise. I am beyond frustrated that they took no accountability and blamed and lied on my children. Kids are kids and I’m not saying my kids are the best kids but if they were acting up my sister that was here would have told me. I have never dealt with such poor customer service in my life. I will never do business with Aaron’s again!! That’s a promise. At least not the one in Fulton NY!!

Placed a order for a snowblower on Monday was told it would be Express shipping 2 to 3 days, it's been 4 days and counting. Been a loyal customer for awhile, never even received a phone call. They can keep there snowblower. I'm almost paid off on a other purchase and this will be it. Very unsatisfied.

Had an issue with the tv we're renting. Talked to Mgr Jeff and he had us come in to work out an arrangement with district Mgr. Bernie. Bernie was great. Very patient and understanding. My boyfriend and I walked out with a VERY fair compromise that worked for both us and the store, as well as a newer tv. Can't thank the guys at Aaron's (Fulton) enough. Recommend to all. We'll remain loyal customers. Thanks guys!
