Terrible place would highly recommend never coming here Arron’s is sooo sooo much better and rent a center they will harass you up to no end in and try going through back doors and stuff that are locked off they broke into my indoor back porch that’s completely sealed off got videos then will use the excuse well if we got property there they have full access to your home apparently is what the manager said
This company harasses the hell out of you I was late 1 day cause my auto payment didn’t go through then they are banging on my door looking through my windows ect and opening my back porch door open would be very carful then Josh likes to act like a thug and tough guy for no reason like 1 dammm day is ridiculous and I went and paid off the hole tv cause they are weird-o over 20 minutes of banging as hard as they could I told them on my camera im not home and that the payment will be going through ect
I been Going to the Endicott store for years the people that are there are fantastic. Very helpful, curious, never a problem with any merchandise. I won't go anywhere else!!

Just want to take a moment to BRAGGGG on Joe and Josh! We have had such a positive experience with getting items for our home through RAC and over the last 7 months, Joe and Josh have been so kind, caring and understanding! Even when life has put us behind, Joe and Josh always are a bright voice and helpful in any way they can and do their best to work with us and keep us on track with our payments! I’m so glad we made the decision to go through RAC and cannot brag enough on these two guys!!!
