Tim is so rude and nasty. Worst addition to the staff of the store very confrontational. After I finish my account I will never come back to this store! Lost a customer
This place is a joke!!! They sent over a driver's to my house to exchange furniture and they never showed up at the times that they said, I stepped out for a few minutes there drivers showed up and started looking through my window at my 13 year old daughter in her undies that was 2 weeks ago and until this day the manager or corporate has had the decency of calling back or nothing has been done with the driver and I have the footage of the driver in the truck peeping through my window and I will be placing charges and escalating this to the next level
Doug and Steve and the rest of the crew at the East Greenbush Store are Very Awesome! I’ll give them 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Stars Thank You Guys for always being so Nice and Kind and Helpful to me. Thank You Again Guys Mary Palmer
