Was given a bed bug infested couch that was not throughly cleaned when said "store manager Todd" stated it was. Never have had bed bugs once! and was told "we would have other bed bugs in the store if it came from us" When we picked out the ouch Mr. Todd even said the couch was brought in the day before and hadn't been cleaned! That was 12/23 and they delivered 12/27. In between their truck needed an oil change which delayed the delivery. Therefore, no excuse!! Bed comes big from somewhere! We took a shampoor to the couch itself and the amount of black and brown water doesn't accumulate that much dirt when having the couch 2.5 weeks! And apparently 2.5 weeks is almost a month in Mr. Todd's mind. And if they knew anything they would know it takes two to three weeks to manifest in a new location with a simple google search! Lesson learned! Don't use rent-a-center. Especially in Dansville NY! You might walk away with more than just the item you intended! Bed bugs!
I am very unhappy with this place. Went in to buy a washer and 2 dryers. We want our money back and these 3 appliances out of our house. The washer is not washing clothes and is so dirty. We should not have to pay as much for the beat-up dirty appliances as brand new clean ones. All I want to do is laundry in my own house. The pictures show how dirty and that the water isn't even up to where the clothes are and it's not done washing them
I will never go back to rent a center. I scheduled for them to pick up my couch and fridge 3 times each time they never came and I waited most the time 4 plus hours. Between the times the said. Then the continue to charge me more when in fact they should've picked up the furniture.
Josh was really helpful. He understands customers and as soon I walk in the store he was pleasant. I was in and out within 30 min. This store have change so much for the better of the customers and I highly recommend anyone to stop by and take a look of the inventory.
Manager claimed he faxed our completed papers for our insurance to cover our furniture while my husband was hospitalized. When he went back to work he called to make sure his auto pay was all set got told yes it was. Today we got a letter we owe money. He called manager who is rude. They never called emailed or even attempted to call or we would of fixed it. We had bought several things in the past and paid them off. The new manager is a rude lying crook. We sent everything back. DON'T GO HERE. Manager is horrible and the district manager just said she's deeply sorry. Seriously? What a joke
