If Kevin answers the phone, Do yourself a favor and ask for somebody else. Everyone else there has been fantastic, I have been making payments for almost 2 years. A friend convinced me to use them, since I didn't think my stay here would be long. So I told them I will make my first payment when unemployment starts, I just applied that day I called. They were totally fine with that. Untill today Kevin tells me it only takes 2 days to get unemployment in New York. That really got me heated I got extremely angry, he said he knows for a fact he's done it. He was screaming at me I never been that disrespected in my life. Zach was awesome he calmed me down. Because 2 days from start to finish getting your payment from New York state unemployment, is a flat out blatant lie. He also said there was no such thing as a waiting week. This is the first review I ever wrote In My Life. I just hate when people blatantly lie
I ordered furniture a month and a half ago, they received all of the parts to the bedroom set, besides the headboard… that was 3 weeks ago! I’ve called numerous times asking when the headboard would be there, they are extremely unprofessional and rude. They will not tell me when the headboard will be in the store, they refuse to call Ashley home store to figure it out. I will never purchase anything from this place ever again. So I’m just waiting on furniture I never know when I’ll get… they honestly deserve the job they have & I hope they lift with their backs not legs. They have no respect! May they have the day they deserve, I’ll be calling back everyday 3x a day until I get an answer on when my furniture will arrive, not a day will go past where they don’t hear my voice.
My stove broke and have not got it fixed yet but other than that great service love the people nice people great to work with
The staff is ALWAYS so friendly and happy to share a smile. I've rented from here in the past and have never had any issues. Delivery speed and overall service is on point.
They were very nice. They were very helpful and they could get you your stuff really fast
