They are illegally turning anyone from Deming away. I moved here in September of 2017. Even if I was a native of Deming they shouldn't be biased towards everyone. He said they don't deliver past Hurley. I said no problem I can pick it up (laptop for my classes at SWIHA In Tempe Arizona next month. Then he says well, we don't service any accounts south of Hurley, like my solution wasn't gonna help because that wasn't really the issue. Then he tells me that the only way they can help, is if I come up to the store and outright purchase the ASUS at full price.🫣🤔. So really that completely defeats the purpose of financing via Rent-A-Center. I'll call regional office tomorrow. The website, the app., and chat bot said the silver city location is the Rent-A-Center I'm to go through.

It was really nice getting an Ashley signature couch from RAC. Everyone that visits my apartment commented on the couch. The store manager and the front desk are super friendly and amazing people.

Amazing customer service from in store staff to delivery drivers, me and my children received exceptional and friendly service the whole time. Willing to come back at a later time to assist with set up if I was not able to do it. This being my third time working with them, I have had nothing but positive experiences and appreciate the open communication and understanding.

Currently trying to wrap up a lawsuit with RENT A Center and I can't get anywhere with is a I guess US consumers don't exist to the DM and RM and will only speaking with store staff. I was actually denied communication with the DM personally while I was at the store yesterday. Still no word from the higher ups.
