I tried buying furniture from them and all they were was very rude and did not treat me well as a customer

I just got off the phone with the gm and she had an attitude towards me

They have had our fully paid off stove It has been months costing me more money in food than usual I cant cook with no stove. After calling and asking about it for the 4th time we were called unreasonable. we just want our stove back its ours i can fix it myself. it wasnt covered under warranty like we had hoped so i want to fix it myself. We feel like they stole it from us and calling us unreasonable for wanting it back even though its paid off. I refuse to let anyone buy from aarons anymore they tried making us feel inferior with their remarks. i will personally makes sure no body i know buys from aarons. Even if i have to buy them what they want myself at a higher price. I hope they are happy i was going to use aarons to furnish my new house. I also have a rental house i am almost done working on it will now be upgraded with new appliances from somewhere else even if its more expensive. If you respect yourself atleast go to another aarons. the ones in lovington and hobbs have waaay more respect for their customers and potential customers.

I don't think their products are worth the harassment they give you after being a day late. You get 2 emails and 2 calls a day until you pay and the employees are rude about it. We become scum and they treat you as such, even after a year of on time payments. Reminders is one thing but they go beyond and honestly harrass. The delivery guy was awesome thou.

Beatrice is the worst manager a store could have. I just had her and her staff cuss my wife and daughter and try to charge them a full month for a rental. I came to town and Beatrice even said they try to get a whole months rent for something and will not tell anybody of any of the specials or deals going on. Then she told me and my daughter isn’t that how you do business??? Very unprofessional and we are already customers I really wanted to tell them to come get the appliances we have. I’m hoping someone in management will see this and do something about Beatrice and her attitude and trying to scam and fraud people. I’m not the only one that’s had problems and she said go ahead and call in on her she’s not worried. I will not do anymore business as long as she is there and I will also let everyone else know that asks me about Arron’s in Roswell. Thanks for the rude behavior Beatrice.
