Southwest Shed Depot LLC serves Bloomfield and Farmington, New Mexico with its own in-house rent-to-own plan on 36 month terms. For local buyers, that adds up to a defined three-year path to owning a building without ever filling out a credit application or worrying about a score taking a hit.
