Bought a brand new table it arrived broken said they would replace table paid it off still no replacement or discount nothing horrible management team liars

That britney girl is so rude! She did not know how to do her job and and questioned me when i tried to suggest anything! I would be like the color blue, and then she gets defensive about something so stupid like the color blue. Shes unprofessional and wont be coming back bc of her. Absolutely not giving my business with hiring someone like that with customer care. Literally small mind backward behavior.

I have been a loyal customer for years, now they treat me like crap. Gina is a rude snob with no professional customer service. If she doesn't like you, she will roll her eyes. Everything I have ever owned from them has been poor quality. I don't recommend Aaron's. They harass you for your money.

This is the worst company to deal with! They call 10 plus times a day and on personal cell phones. They send delivery drivers to come speak with you and the drivers take photos of your home. The manager Pat is rude and disrespectful!! This is my first time dealing with Aaron’s and I can say I will never do it again. They don’t follow through on agreements and they harass you. Your only option to pay is to give them your card info at the store or to go in and pay. They tell you that you cannot pay online “because it does not go to your account.” This has been by far the worst experience ever!

I do not shop here, but I deliver freight, I know they can improve on their receiving practices. Usually I spend more time at this place than needed.
