The only helpful one is Veronica. Everyone else: Javi, Francisco, are unhelpful and “rude” as I can’t say much else. OH and not to mention the first bed set they sent had BED BUGS. Gross, we should’ve cancelled everything then because the guys there said it was our fault but Veronica, again the only one with sense, somehow got me to just choose something else. I just can’t even.

Without a doubt the worst RAC I've ever dealt with. Francisco the floor manager is rude. You make a payment arrangement and they still call you every day. They will harass you at work. Not to mention the company is pure garbage. If you want to make payments at 3x msrp for whatever this is the place. Where they rip you off and harass you daily over $57... Absolute joke of a company. But atleast when I did business with them in another city the employees weren't rude. Food for thought its cheaper to pay 30% interest on a credit card and just buy the equipment you need, by a long shot. Don't spend your hard earned money here.

Awful experience people generally know what to expect with rent to own places.but this is the most awful unorganized business I have ever dealt with Aaron's way better

I've been a good customer with renta center for quite a while now.I Just want to to take some time to rate them 5 stars for my experience. They've always been kind and great at finding me what I need.if it isnt in store they can always order it. They also tend to get better products than most places I've been.

First of all, this is the first time I’ve ever experienced this Rent-A-Center in the whole. I don’t know how long many years I’ve been getting merchandise for them.. i’ve asked them continuously to not call me while I’m at work. Call me after five and I will make my payment because I always make my payment with no problems and when I asked them, the guy that was on the phone originally act like he didn’t give a damn I asked to speak to the manager. He act like he didn’t give a damn and I’m just really disappointed in their service today. I hope everybody gets better service than I received today.
