Do not waste your time going to Aaron's they DO NOT care about their customers at all but are quick to take your payment. I got a fridge from them that was missing a cabinet inside the fridge also the freezer was missing & still missing the main drawer in the freezer that holds meat. I've had this fridge 2 weeks without the freezer drawer that is a big inconvenience as I can not put any meat in there. Do they bother to call me about the missing pieces nope so I'm the one having to bug them.
They will show up knocking at your door for money, even though they are the ones who set you up on an automatic payment plan that takes the money right from your account. Which gets annoying because they say, "our system prints the list" but it's YOUR system that takes my money, so I have to prove my receipt every time. I just posted a sign on the door to warn them to call the store to check their account BEFORE knocking on my door and bothering me for money. Gets very annoying. Either update your system, or stop printing your list a day ahead of time so your guys don't get chewed out all the time. Sad.
The new manager there absolutely amazing no matter what may occur she handles it more professionally then I've ever seen any other place definitely recommended
Very disrespectful and does not listen to anything you have to say they just want your money. I have told them from the beginning before even signing papers about how I get paid and I get called from the beginning of the month until the day I get paid even though In every conversation I explain to them that we had this set up then took my card information and set up automatic payments without my consent, but instead of throwing a fit I left it be so I would stop getting harassed and then they show up to my house in a truck I have tried over 15 times to call them and find out why they were at my house looking like they were ready to pick my things up when THEY THEMSELVES HAVE BEEN taking the money out of MY account and has yet to call but they seem to have disconnected there phone line. Very unhappy and once I get my things paid off I refuse to EVER go through them again worst experience ever!
HORRIBLE!! I've been waiting on a dresser and chest of drawers for 3 weeks.. being told it's coming in the following week...even called today... same story... fed up!! Requesting a refund... have to wait on that too!! I had planned to get new stove and fridge from there... Not in this life!! HORRIBLE!!
