Their staff used to be really nice and respectful, but now they don’t seem to know what they are doing. I make a payment and that same day or the next day they are calling me to see when I’m going to make a payment. What the heck is going on over there- don’t like the new staff. I’m going to start renting at rent a center, would advise everyone to do the same. Going to tell friends and family to do the same.

Huge thanks to Anthony and Abraham! (I hope I spelled his name correctly) Anthony was very patient with me and help me to understand some policies I was unsure of. His customer service is unmatched. Abraham delivered my stuff, setup quick and even explained some things to me about my TV. If you want great service with smart and friendly people, this Aaron’s is the place to go! Thank you Anthony! Thank you Abraham! As of 5/28/23 I recently had the most incredible customer service experience at Aaron's, recently encountered some financial trouble and had to return my items (mentioned above). I did however reach the point to where I could get the items back and I cannot express my gratitude enough to the amazing staff members, Abraham and Anthony. These two individuals truly went above and beyond to ensure that I received outstanding assistance and support throughout my entire visit. I love their selection of living room sets and washers and dryers. They work with you if you can't afford things and no credit checks. If you can't pay you can return it and then pick up where you left off later on. Great place. Decent customer service. Speedy delivery and set-up. They treat us like family and always remember our names when we come in. We've gotten a nice washer dryer set, a sectional, and a bed from them that we paid off and kept. We've also gotten other furniture like a bed frame that we ended up returning and it was always hassle free to return.

They have been simply amazing at helping us find exactly what we are wanting/looking for. And have even found what it is at another location and still had it delivered the same day. Plus are sincere in trying to keep your wants and needs in mind. Not pushy like other locations I've dealt with. And are super friendly, professional and courteous. Plus willing to extend payments if needed.

Katelynn and Destiny are EXCEPTIONAL!!! They honestly gave the warmest welcome from any business I have ever been. They were informative, helpful, funny and friendly and we were able to come in and instantly get what we were hoping for. I will always, always come to Aaron's from now on!!! And if they don't have what you are looking for in store, they have an online selection. They offer delivery AND set up! I am a truly satisfied customer and have no complaints.
