Rent-A-Center

So me and my son moved into a new place and I ordered a sofa and a loveseat from rent a center and picked a delivery day and time they called and changed the time due to rain I said ok then they called and changed the time again still the same day just kept changing the time this was done by the manager bill then they finally came and he said they won’t fit up your steps I said ok did you check the back steps he said he was gonna come back out and check my back steps so he checks them and says oh your steps are like frozen from the rain first of all you have on work boots so you and your people can’t deliver furniture because of the rain make it make sense you been trying to get me to change my day since you first called me and I’m clearly gonna take my business else where so please do not do business with them

😳😳🤔🤔🤔🤔 This Rent-A_Center seemed a little bit weird to me 😳🙄🤷🏽‍♀️🤫🤦🏽‍♀️!!!! I went in, took a few photos, not feeling comfortable at all 😳😳👻👻👻!!! The guy in the store, apparently, wasn’t comfortable with me in there at all either 😳🤷🏽‍♀️😂🤫🤫😱😆😆😆!! He never approached me 😳🤫🤣 and probably would have sold me the desk right off the floor if he had 😳😅😃😉!! I’m giving them an2-Star because of worker that did NOT do his job with me which means he is NOT doing his job fully with other customers that walk into that store!! They do have adorable items but just not the right salespeople in this location!😳🙄🤫🤫🤔🤔🤔🤔🤣🤣🤣🤣

I love them and if you don't want used they will order Brand New for you!! I have been with them since 2016 never a problem and mamita thats my girl!!! And manager is great too!!!

Don’t believe the same day delivery that they have on there site! Put in my application before 3pm like they told me so it can be processed that same day but it took more than a day. And if you need furniture the next day don’t hold your breath with this location! There availability window is only about 4 slots a day so good luck getting scheduled. People on the phone are nice but didn’t appreciate the fact that I made an appointment and they canceled it instead of contacting me to ask if I was still coming in to sign. Lack of communication when I made it clear that I needed my furniture! Thank God this is only temporary because I would hate to constantly deal with this.

Walked in and paid to rent a bedroom set and queen mattress. They told me it would be delivered today and now they call me at 8 this morning telling me their schedule is packed and I need to reschedule, absolutely not. I had already told them I was moving into a new place and needed it here today, now I have to go out and buy one last minute. I will never use rent-a-center ever again
