Terrible customer service. Ordered an appliance over the weekend to replace our recently broke down appliance. Filled out everything online. Gave the proof they "needed" for delivery. They take their first payment while telling me they will call to setup a delivery.... An entire week goes by, silence. I call up, give them my name and tell them I am calling to set up a delivery. They put me on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up on me. I call back immediately, they know who I am before I say anything. They then say I need to come into the store to fill out the online form again, In person and give them the proof of everything I had already emailed to them to show them proof of income and residency... THEY'VE ALREADY CHARGED ME!!! Now they refuse to deliver????? This has been such a headache and hassle. BUYER BEWARE

Easy place to rent furniture if needed but when I say expensive boii it would leave you in a dept and when you try buy out they still try to milk it I bought kind of the same sofa's I had with them but better for a 1,500 cash while they we're charging 2,000 something for there's renting was even more ppl save money and buy cash look around a lot of places do lay away some credit some no credit take you're time save

I just called them for help with a short term rental of a laptop. To me, it was urgent, as the one I had suddenly malfunctioned. Being that I am taking two classes, I called them immediately. It was the most horrible customer service experience I've ever dealt with. They put me on several 10-15 minute holds and never came back. They also ignored my calls if I called back. Also the agent promised to call back! --Nothing!!! --Maybe it's personal or something negative tagged to my name??? I don't know. --But I will not be mistreated. No one deserves poor customer treatment on that tier. That was horrible and to the person who ended the last call with "Ok, hun " when I called to cancel my inquiry, I am no one's hun and y'all must do better with professionalism. That was embarrassing and upsetting. Behavior like that causes businesses to close down. Customers have real power. I will never do another contract. Very irked...

First and foremost this is my first time ever ordering from rent a center. The first initial sofa I wanted they called me to tell me it had cat hair and were going to remove it . So I decided I didn’t want that . Secondly I picked a different sofa the day of delivery they bring the wrong couch . When I call the store for updates because they claimed I will still receive my couch no one answered my phone calls . I called the 1800 number all of a sudden I get a call with an update . Now the store closes at 6 and I was suppose to get my order and did not receive it . So now it’s the end of the night no soda and I sat around all day waiting . Very unprofessional but I’m sure for a payment we will be harassed about it

Whoever hired Janice needs to FIRE HER IMMEDIATELY. She is completely unprofessional and extremely rude. She borderline harasses you even after you agree to a payment date. 20+ calls a day and threatening to come to my home, when they are RECEIVING PAYMENT. They also are charging a credit card that they DONT HAVE THE INFORMATION FOR AND it’s not set up on autopay! Yet Janice runs our card up to three times a day! GET HER OUT!!
