When returning a washer and drier to the company, they never came during the 4 hour window we were given. Even when we received a call saying they were on their way. On top of that, definitely not the most professional people to communicate with on the telephone.

I returned a computer that I rented and they never took it off my account and tried to charge me $80 for something that I returned. Such a scam here.

Ive had an account for overcten years with them. They are wonderful. There new store manager Micheal is amazing. I really hope he stays long term.

My friend and I went in there to look at some couches...we seemed to like one and was sitting on it to see how we would like it...the lady there came over and proceeded to ask us what we were doing and as we told her we were discussing the couch and the monthly options she repeated her question and proceeded to tell us this was not a hang out spot....she even heard us discussing the couch...she was also doing a lot of hand and body movements that indicated an attitude from the jump we were there maybe 10-15 min looking around. Would not recommend this one in Manchester as it seems like the lady has huge attitude problems

It was my 1st time coming to this store being new to the area and I felt so welcomed by the store manager Cassie whom was a delight to speak to . I was interested in a couch and washer and dryer and they didn't have what I needed and Cassie went above and beyond and found me what I needed great customer service and welcomed us as part of the Aaron's family employees were also amazing to speak to and very attentive to there job will definitely recommend to friends and family A+ for this location thanks again Cassie for the best experience ever
