Cory was AMAZING. He helped move me into my apartment and later came back months afterward to switch out my couch, and both experiences were flawless. Every challenge he came across, (and there were many 😂) he handled calmly and professionally. He’s kind, respectful, humble, and clearly takes pride in his work. Customer service like this is rare, Cory deserves a promotion. And let’s not forget about Grayson, the manager, is also fantastic and always makes sure I get what’s best for my home. Highly recommend.

Despite what I have seen about Beth being a bad person, I had nothing but a pleasant interaction with her! She answered all my questions and got me the product I wanted. She even exchanged the whole thing when I got it home and realized that the Power system for the computer was missing! They even sent me a thank you card for the purchase! I will go back whenever I need something quick!

I stopped in the store for the first time today on a whim as I was in the area. I was impressed by the range of products, service and payment plans offered. I'm thinking of replacing my couch soon as the dog and kids have done some damage. The manager Beth answered all my questions and I will definitely be going back when I'm ready to order.

Had a fantastic experience with this location. I was having an upcoming surgical procedure to where I needed a power lift recliner. They had none in the state and Maria really worked things out for me and had one shipped in from another state and delivered to me within a few days! She was absolutely so kind and very helpful. I’ve been dealing with some very personal issues and Maria knows this. She says she’s understanding but she really isn’t. While I understand she has a business to run, make sure contract agreements are honored she needs to understand that she can’t be threatening or talking down to anyone be it via phone call or text. She shouldn’t be scaring people to extremes, she shouldn’t be talking down to others because they are lacking money at the time she sends a demanding text or leaves a demanding voicemail and she shouldn’t be scaring anyone to the point that they are fearing they will be living on the street and lose everything for being in a situation that they can’t pay immediately as she demands. Also, she shouldn’t be accusing a person refusing to pay when they don’t have the money immediately when she demands it! She shouldn’t be working with people if she can’t treat them with the dignity and respect they deserve!
