Top notch customer service! Rented a lift chair to assist with upcoming surgery. The chair arrived and after one day I knew it wasn't the right one. So, I called and I spoke with Emily - no problem! She and Ashley the manager both worked together to get the right chair! The delivery crew arrived ahead of time and in a very professional manner they got the second chair set up without issue! Highly recommend this store! Very nice, patient and professional! Thank you all! (First pic was initial delivery, the second pic is the final delivery!) Well done RAC!

Our couch arrived with a broken zipper for the cushion cover so it doesn't zip around the cushion. We received this in February 2025. Though I have reached out and been promised it will be fixed, it's now October and we are continuing to pay for something that arrived defective. I could not recommend service like this less.

I just wanted to give a huge thank you to the team at Rent-A-Center on Storrs Street in Concord. I was in a tough spot because I had to head to work and couldn’t be home for my delivery. Even though they were busy and getting close to closing time, they went above and beyond and hand-delivered the item themselves. I didn’t catch the name of the nice lady who helped, but I’ll be sure to thank her personally when I call. Amazing customer service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you again for going the extra mile for your customers!

Emily has been more than A HUGE help in getting me not only the best deals but the best quality product and customer service. She breaks down all of the agreements to me in full so I understand exactly what my payments/plans are. She's attentive to my needs/wants and worked with me for a few months now in helping me find EXACTLY what I want. Having a "sensory household" can be really hard to work around and she's been nothing but patient and friendly! I 1000% would recommend working with her and her team!!
