I have never missed one payment , never been late on a payment . I pay extra for the extra protection which appears to be a scam . My cushion that doesn’t come off it is one piece with the frame of the sectional got a large tear along the seam where ya sit and legs 🦵 go over . For two months I have been trying to get this resolved! A repair or replacement. All I get is blown off . What a joke . Over priced , leasing shitty furniture , a business that takes advantage of people ! Right after I made my last payment on my bedroom set I bought, the headboard broke , the side table phone chargers stopped working like 6 months after I started paying on it . I am done with this manager ! I am now looking for the corporate office number or district manager . I’ve paid well over a grand so far on this sectional , I want it fixed ! Do yourselves a favor , go by from a consignment shop , you’ll be better off !

Great experience! Workers are nice and got an amazing deal on a couch. Juli helped with the purchase and couldn’t be nicer! Definitely recommend

I went to Aaron's looking to buy a mattress... The WONDERFUL worker Juli and other coworkers are AMAZING helpers! So helpful and definitely know what their doing. i LOVE my new mattress! THANK YOU AARONS!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I was peacefully sleeping this morning (after working a 16 hr shift) when i was woken up at 8 am to POUNDING on my door that continued for ATLEAST 3 minutes straight. When I finally went to see who was on fire or bleeding out(because why else would they be knocking so violently), I saw some wanna be mob wife woman and a man who i’m assuming was supposed to be her “muscle” because all he did was stare at me menacingly. Not even a hi or hello, the woman jumped into calling me “Tammy” and trying to say I owe money. I told her that i’m not “Tammy” and she hadn’t lived here for at least a month now! Then Mrs Al Capone starts trying to suggest that i’m lying and that my vechile somehow belongs to “Tammy”. After some back and forth arguing, and glaring from Eric Cartman, they finally left with not even a simple “sorry for bothering you”. Tammy, if you see this please change your address with this company!

Trust me you'll never miss a payment. Some how my payment date got changed and I had fallen behind on my payment (like 2 and its like 26 bucks). I thought I had finally caught up when I hit pay amount and didnt realize that it didn't cover the missed payment. Well now I am blessed with never ending calls both to my work (now they know i missed payments super embarrassing) and my phone. And some how rejected pages come to my message box? My voicemail box is full and im not gonna bother to empty it at this point. Never buying anything from aarons again. Oh not to mention you have to go in to pay it off. If you want a buddy to call you over 4 times a day aarons is the way to go
