Rent A Center's upper corporate are the issue with their overall culture, because they are repeating patterns they were from a year ago. Some companies are committed to continued improvement of their company and some arent. Rent A Center is one of them that lacks pride. Unreliable, undertrained, underpaid. Sounds great a rent to own be ready for the headache, check your appliances for damage.

4 stars thats a lie. How they run this company is ridiculous especially the manager makes you pay the payments but cant give a precise time when your products will be delivered. That should be illegal and their workers sometimes damage your product and not tell you as they leave like nothing happened. Even putting your product together incorrectly. Thats very unprofessional. Also, when you request the paperwork they give you a run around so you never receive it. Thats in my opinion how they cheat you out on what you owe them. They never give you the paperwork but so quick to call you on products that you dont have to make a payment on your purchase. BETTER OFF TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The RAC staff are incredible. The customer service is outstanding! We've had some really hard times this last year and they have worked with us to the best of their ability and we are very grateful. Thank you Lexy and your staff for the kindness and understanding.

Highly DISSAPOINTED I ordered a full living room set and they canceled my delivery. Then they called trying to collect my second payment on the furniture I didn't even have in my possession yet. I asked if they could at minimum guarantee me a delivery date before I make a payment on something I don't even have yet. The female manager at this carson store said they could not deliver the set without the second payment made and they could not promise a guarantee delivery date. HIGLY UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I was going to spend 3,000 but I canceled and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have gotten several items from this store! I have always been pleased! The staff is very outgoing and helpful in finding the items I'm in search for. Whatever I may need Jorge and Jonnie begin their search to get me the items.. They are great in accommodating deliveries for me. Justin does a great job in putting furniture together and is very polite my kids always interact with him and he is very nice to them. I am proud to say that Rent A Center is more like family.
