Rent-A-Center

Went in to shop today 1/29/26 Gerry Was super professional he had 2 customers in the store he came over and greeted me asked me if I didn't mind waiting he had 2 people before me. Than he offered me a bottle of water. Then I watch as he took time to explain a bill to the customer before me who had questions about there bill. Then it came my turn he apologized for the wait and we talked and I advised him I wanted a washer and dryer and a bedroom set and that I would be moving to very soon like February 19th he walked me through picking the perfect bedroom set for me and washer and dryer. he also showed me there website to look at. Only thing that stop me from doing it today was my verification of lease

This store is HORRIBLE. Ana the manager is HORRIBLE and so is Jerry. I’ve called about my problem with my furniture for 6 MONTHS straight and still haven’t gotten a call back.

The store workers are the friendliest...makes me feel good going in the store everytime knowing I'm walking into a good nice environment

Gerry, Jeno and Ana are some of the best people to go through, they've been so much help since we started renting from them. Thank yall so much for always being respectful and treating your costumers to the best of your ability.

Really wouldn’t recommend this store to be the store you rent from. Jerry is beyond rude and likes to hang up on customers which is unprofessional and likes to lie. I had called to speak with the female manager of that store and he was questioning why I needed to speak to her then asks for my name nd i refused to tell him so he hung up on me. To me that a worker trying to hide their dirty work from their boss. So I ended up calling the Sioux City rent a center and spoke with that manager and he told me she was there and they had a meeting that same day, and told him about the situation and he agreed that “Jerry” wasn’t supposed to be doing that to his customers and thought it was strange. Plus when I got the washer and dryer they were late to delivering it then asked me if they could just drop the appliances and go I told them no I have no help to take it in and needed to get to work in 15 minutes not to mention they had my washer nd dryer tipped over on the paint sliding it in the back of their work vehicle. They banged it up pretty good and I will refuse to sign the rental agreement if I cant get a hold of the female manager. Poor customer service way to go Jerry. PS I still never got the legs to level me dryer that you said you bring the next day, and you didn’t even connect the water supply hose up correctly smart 1. I don’t recommend them but I have kids that need to have clean clothes. I just want a rental agreement adjustment.
