Lindsey went above and beyond to help me with my home. Her customer service and knowledge are phenomenal. Everything I needed she found and got for me within minutes. Everything was on schedule at a satisfactory speed. I can't thank her enough for helping me. So unfortunately I was unable to make my payment due to a personal issue.. i spoke with Jay (the district/regional manager) and just advised they pick up the product. Jay went above and beyond for what he should have done. Thank you Jay for your wonderful customer service and just being all around empathetic and professional.

Worst experience ever. I applied online everything got processed right. One of their own associate told me my delivery would be between 10-12 on a Saturday. I got a phone call from The GM Donte saying 11-3 I told him I had an appointment by 12:30 he told me that would be enough time and I said if they can hurry up cause I got false information from their associate , he said that's not his fault . I waited til 12:25 had to leave. Come to find out they never showed up. Called them today and they said I processed our cause nothing checked out. Which was a lie and they would return my deposit. Worst experience I've had since moving to Nebraska. For other .

Lindsey and Antwon were amazing. Super transparent/informative during my consultation after I had confusion from the website. Once approved the turn around time was very quick for me to get my product. I highly recommend using their services if you need access to purchasing home essentials you may not be able to go out and get at moments notice.
