Been with yall for 3 years or more and they way yall communicate sucks!!! Yall made a mistake and I have to pay for it? Shouldn't I be a priority to have my order fixed? I have to wait 5 mores days for my stuff while the set that was wrong sits in my living room. I was told "cant I set my Christmas stuff up around it?" Like really! I honestly dont want the couch anymore because after being a loyal customer for 3 yrs I deserve better communication and not me having to come in store and call 3 times to talk to you. As a former Store Manager of a business, this is not how you treat customers. And I hope there is not retaliation for this comment because I have an active account with you!!! This is my honest review of my experience with yall right now today!!!

This entire rental process has been outrageous. They refuse to communicate. I needed a recliner for shoulder surgery and told me I would get a call after they "checked my references" and set up the delivery. No call. When I called them, they said they can't arrange the delivery until right before because otherwise I will be charged from that date, instead of the date I receive it. Seems like they should be able to charge you starting from delivery. They also asked me if I wanted to be billed monthly or weekly. I said monthly even though it was a short term rental. I was billed weekly. No one told me how to pay, when to pay, to make an online account. Nothing. So the day after delivery I started receiving collection calls - even though I had no idea I had an invoice. Each week, once I realized I was being billed weekly, if I hadn't made the payment by 5pm they started calling. As if I don't work during the day. I arranged pick up and they were very limited in availability. It was supposed to be today from 2-4. At 4, when I hadn't heard from them, I called. Oh, because it snowed they canceled all pickups. No communication, yet again. Trying to arrange another pickup - they say they are booked for another week. While it was necessary to have the recliner as I recovered from surgery, I cannot recommend this place.

Very professional group of people, love the options, and the payment program is awesome 👍😎 and let me tell you,,,,, the showroom is fantastic! Got a real nice pre-owned set of black 5 star 20s..
