If I were able to rate them an zero I would. They don't adhere to what is visibly written documention or company policy. When you call corporate to report matters they then say it's up to that store regardless of company policy. Warning, if you report this location to corporate they then will retaliate against you buy cancelling your lease agreement and refunding your money. Also without providing proof of cancellation. I also called the Solutions Center and they told me there was nothing they could do and everything were still completely up to that store and their determination; completely ignoring company policy, regulations, and refusing to service due to being reported to the Solution Center already. Seeing as they have that location the name of the reporter and they cancelled my order. Then owner says to contact the same people who were no help on either occasion and allowed it to happen while saying they couldn't find my information in their system. Yay, customer lost for good.
It was easy and cheap to find the products that I was looking for. They give a range of payment options and what payment schedule is best for an individual.
The Rent-A-Center on grab weight was very informative very nice and polite and gave me exactly what I wanted. The man who deliver my furniture was very nice and it didn’t take him long at all. I appreciate it my service.
Treats everyone like a theft. Called to get a iPad for my daughter and sent over my information right away. Was preapproved online and sent over verification information. Even after sending over information requested by their system, the manager David requested that I also pay a bill and bring him a receipt showing I paid the bill to rent a iPad. The items he requested had nothing to do with the service asked for and was a pry of privacy I called the location on Lindell and spoke with a lady who was so much more pleasant than this lazy man who didn't want to pull the application in the first place. He gives that he likes to sit around all day. This is the second attempt at doing business with this store specifically. Every time its the same terrible service.
I’ve had these people come out twice so far. Who the hell teaches these people to put these items together? Thinking the second time they came out it was fixed, I was told to ya know put milk crates at the head of the bed for better support thinking okay..? Finally checking they still didn’t put the support beams in the right spot. Doesn’t make any sense these items are coming out of a box with DIRECTIONS. You would think ? Someone could read and put it together correctly? I’m paying 2400 for a bed to break bc someone can’t put something together correctly this is absurd. I don’t know who highers these people or if they’re required training.. but training to read a book of directions? Come on now I’m highly annoyed at this point. I should’ve never did business here
