As a property management company, we were left with several items that a tenant had rented form the Aaron's in St. Joe MO. Their team made the pick up process easy and seamless with no hassle.

I had an issue with them and when I spoke to them about it, I feel like I didn’t receive good customer service at all! I feel like their handling amplified the situation. Customers will get upset and there is a way to handle an upset customer. There is plenty of material on dealing with angry customers. Maybe the company could consider implementing some training in that area. A simple, “I’m sorry that is the policy” would have went a long way.

I have rented online for the 1 cent deal. I have 2 payments left on my smart TV biggest I ever had. Now I own it almost! Love Andrew and Jesse r wonderful.

We have been customers for about 2 years. They are rude at times and they say that we are off a week with our payments even though we make sure to pay. We have it automatically taken out of the account and when it comes time to take out, it don’t so we get a phone call saying that our payment is past due. Now we have to pay late fees and try to play the catch up game. It never ends. It’s always something with them. I don’t recommend going through them!
