Had to take my computer back 4 times the first week. Each one still had previous owners info. I had to take my computer back the following month due to income problems. Mike the store manager was rude as hell, snatched the computer from me and when I informed him it wasn't wiped mumbled something as he walked away. Employees are ALWAYS rude and management talks trash about the employees and customers after they leave.

Just got a touch screen HP laptop for my wife. The rental process was easy and the payments are affordable. The best part is they save your card for auto pay, if you prefer. Smart choice if you want your payments to be made on time!!!
