Rolla was great Houston are mean and rude need to do new management in the Houston area
Was upset to see you guys took a payment a day early, due to a holiday...you should consider taking payment the day after. I don't get paid early bc of the holiday nor should u! At least send out an email or contact ur customers to let them know.
I gave them 1 star because 0 stars wasn’t an option. I rented a washer/dryer set from Aaron’s in Rolla. I wasn’t really overly excited with the set but decided to keep it. A part broke from the bottom of the inside and I called they came out and fixed the part. After that the washer would make a loud noise when in use. The manager argues with me that what they fixed wouldn’t be anything that would cause a problem. I asked what my options were and I was told I could keep it or return it but if I returned it the $900 I had already paid would not be applied to another set. He asked did I want to set up a tone for the. To fix it. Stunned by what he told me and not following Aaron’s policy and the fact I worked for a living I told him to call me Monday and I would see when I could have my mother there for them to look at the washer. He never called; however, he did call on Tuesday wanting his payment. I called the store and spoke to the him and he started arguing that I walked out and didn’t tell him anything when in fact I told him twice. He started being argumentative and saying well when can we come out I said I don’t know what day are you thinking of so I can get with my mother about her schedule as I said on Saturday I work for a living. He said well we are on the phone let’s just schedule now I said like I told you I won’t be there and I need to get my mothers schedule you said you would call Monday and you didn’t so now I need to know what day to get her schedule again. He blew up and said well why don’t I just come and get my merchandise then and I said okay we’ll pick it up on Wednesday and he said I will and I said okay thank you. About 15 minutes later I called back and spoke to him and told him I wanted in writing the options he gave me because I was calling the corporate office regarding Aaron’s policy that he wasn’t following. At that time he said let’s just do it this way I don’t like the way you have treated us so I’m coming to get my merchandise and entering you in the system so you can never rent from Aaron’s again. I told him I had not cussed him, yelled at him or called him names how had I treated them badly and he said he didn’t like my tone....If this is the Custer service that you would like go to Aaron’s if you are a profession like me and demand good customer service and being treated daily save yourself some time and go elsewhere.
"you wanna go where everybody knows your name" -CHEERS. Thats what I get when I walk through the doors of Aaron's. These folks have customer service nailed down. I've been a customer here for quite some time now. Always friendly , always polite always eager to help. Whether it be a question regarding their wares or just some spontaneous inquiry about something totally unrelated to what business you have with them if they can help they will. Adam and his team at Aaron's in Rolla are the best in town. Their service beats the other available "rent to own" places here and that honestly makes all the difference.
I love working with Aaron's. I have gotten multiple items for them and if something goes wrong they are always here within a day to get it fixed. When you go in the store they take the time to talk to you about all of their products to make sure you are getting a great deal!
